All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Purchased products are shipped from the most economical inventory around the United States typically within 2-3 business days. We ship Monday through Friday, so all orders placed between Friday afternoon and Sunday night will usually be shipped on Monday or Tuesday. If your order is shipped via UPS and you have provided us with a correct email address, you will receive a tracking number from UPS the day your order is shipped. If you do not receive a UPS tracking number, you have either provided us with an incorrect email address or your order was shipped via US Mail. You should expect your package anywhere from 3 - 10 business days after placing your order.NEED YOUR PACKAGE IN A HURRY?
We are happy to ship your order via UPS Rush Delivery Services. You can choose from Overnight, 2-Day and 3-Day guaranteed UPS services for an added charge. However, it is essential that you notify us of special needs RIGHT AWAY. If you need one of these services, please call us toll-free at 1-866-254-7103 immediately after placing your order. If you place the order in the evening and we do not answer when you call, please call us at 9 AM (EST) the next morning. At EliteEtc.com, we pride ourselves on shipping your order very quickly, so please do not wait to call if you need your package expedited. If you place an order to be delivered to Hawaii, Alaska, an APO or FPO address, or US Territory, you will be required to pay exact shipping costs for all orders, regardless of the total cost of the order. These additional shipping amounts will not be reflected in your confirmation email. These orders will be shipped via UPS, with the option to insure the package...the cost is based on size and weight of the package. Actual costs on these orders will be calculated, and we will email you the cost for your approval. No shipments to these addresses will be made without your approval, unless of course the UPS charge is covered by our standard shipping cost. Therefore, it is very important that you include your email address and your phone number so that we can contact you with shipping costs. Our goal is to provide you with a fast and convenient method for returning items to EliteEtc. Of course the item has to meet certain conditions (less than 30 days from date of shipping and in good shape. No special order returns. (Please read the following instructions before submitting your return):
- Item must be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt of goods.
- All returns must be 100 percent complete and contain ALL original boxes and packing materials.
- You are responsible for the return shipping.
- Any defects should be directed to the manufacturer under warranty service.
- All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
- Items returned that are not in original packaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.
When the item is returned in its original condition with all original packaging, your credit card will be credited for the price of the purchase and any taxes, excluding shipping costs. If the return is due to an EliteEtc error, the return shipping charges will be waived and a UPS Return label will be sent.
